1. Agreement to these terms

Effective date: October 11, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Welcome Passion ("we," "us"). They cover all of our online courses and digital products, including our LinkedIn, resume and interviewing offerings, and any related resources, emails and webinars (together, the "Services").

By buying, signing up for or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy.

2. What you get and how long you have access

Each purchase gives you access to the product you bought, as described on its sales page at the time you buy. Depending on the product, this may include course lessons on Thinkific, AI prompts hosted on Notion, a library of 100+ sample resumes, workbooks, action verb lists and other downloadable resources.

Access to each product lasts 365 days from the date you purchased that product. After 365 days, your access to that product and its materials ends automatically, with no renewal and no further charge. Please download or copy anything you want to keep for personal use before then (see section 5 for what personal use allows).

We may update, reorganize or improve product content during your access period. We will not remove the core content you paid for during those 365 days, except where we must for legal reasons. If the Services become permanently unavailable during your access period for reasons within our control, we will provide the core content in another format.

3. Your account

Your access is for you alone. Please give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and don't share your login or links to our Notion pages or other materials with anyone. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

4. Payment and our no-refund policy

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Thinkific's payment partners, such as Stripe or PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges, in whole or in part, including if you don't finish a course or use a resource, stop using it, change your mind, or don't get the results you hoped for. Because our products are digital and you get immediate access to the full content, it can't be "returned."

The only exceptions are a duplicate charge or a purchase where we failed to provide access. If either happens, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems can be solved quickly. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your access while the dispute is reviewed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

5. Our content and how you may use it

All materials in our products, including lessons, videos, AI prompts, sample resumes, workbooks, worksheets, templates and action verb lists, belong to Welcome Passion and are protected by copyright and other laws.

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own job search, career and professional profiles during your access period. You may use the prompts, sample resumes, workbooks and lists as often as you like for yourself, including adapting a sample resume's structure or wording for your own resume. You own the resumes, profile text, posts, interview answers and other content you create with them.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, getting a job, interviews, promotions, recruiter contacts, clients, profile views, connections, followers, income or any other opportunity.

Results depend on many things outside our control, including your experience, effort, industry, location, the job market, employer decisions, applicant tracking systems and how platforms like LinkedIn work. Any examples, testimonials or success stories we share reflect individual experiences. They are not typical or promised results.

You are solely responsible for your career decisions and for how you use what you learn.

7. AI tools and AI-generated content

Our prompts are designed for third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We don't own or control those tools, and you use them under their own terms and privacy policies.

AI output can be wrong, and it can change. The same prompt can give different results on different days, in different tools, or as the AI company updates its models (sometimes called "drift"). AI tools can also invent facts, exaggerate, or produce text that sounds generic or doesn't fit you.

You must review, fact-check and edit everything an AI tool produces before you use it. In particular, make sure anything you post or send to employers is:

8. Educational purposes; third-party services

The Services are for general educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, employment or individualized career counseling advice. For advice about your specific situation, talk to a qualified professional.

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms, including Thinkific, Notion, Carrd, LinkedIn and AI tools. We are not responsible for their availability, content, changes or policies. If a third-party platform changes its features or rules (for example, how LinkedIn profiles work), some content may become outdated. We will try to keep the content current, but we can't guarantee it.

9. Disclaimers, limits on liability and indemnity

Disclaimer. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Welcome Passion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost income, lost opportunities, lost data or harm to reputation, arising from your use of the Services or AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for them.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold Welcome Passion harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or content you publish or submit.

Some places don't allow certain disclaimers or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Ending access, disputes and governing law

Ending access. We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms, share or resell the content, abuse our community or staff, or file a fraudulent chargeback. Sections 4 through 11 continue to apply after your access ends.

Resolving problems. If you have a concern, email [email protected] first. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before either of us takes formal action.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court instead.

11. Changes, general terms and contact

Changes. We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new effective date. Changes won't reduce the access period or change the price of a purchase you already made.

General. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them if our business is sold or reorganized.
